2013 Reunion Schedule

The 2013 Hatchell/descendant re-union TENTATIVE SCHEDULE will be as follows (awaiting suggested changes if you come up with any):

  Note:  Farm will be open 24/7 so you can come and go as you like.

  Thursday:  Group meeting to spend evening in Downtown Nashville
                  from 5:00 pm till 11:00 pm.

  Friday- June 14, 2013  Arrive anytime during day to visit with relatives and plan on  a grill out at 5:00 pm.  Menu will be standard grill items including baked beans, cole slaw, hamburgers, hotdogs, turkey burgers, etc.

  Saturday- June 15, 2014  Catered meal- starting around 2:00 pm.  Menu choices to follow as soon as we get all the menus offered from various catering companies for you  to help decide which would suit everyone best.

We have been working on generating an expanded Hatchell/descendant mailing list.  We need everyone, even those who will not be able to attend the reunion, to send the email addresses of any and everyone they have on their mailing list who are either Hatchells, Hatchels or descendants to (be sure to include their names in addition to the email address).  We need your list by July 15, 2012  so we can start sending the reunion information directly to those who might want to anttend can plan their June 2013 schedule to be "down by the creek" in Nashville for the reunion as needed.
Email your list to  dickhatchell@hughes.net.    It appears not everyone reads the blogs or facebook announcements so  this is extremely important.

A more detailed description of the reunion, and  information you may need to play your trip to Nashville will be emailed directly to your email address
from July  2012 through October 2012.  It would help, to be sure we don't leave out any important information, for you to think about and let us know your own needs and suggestions.  Others may be needing the same information.
